THE COST for the CAMP is $295

The Camp format entails the following:
- 15 hours of on-ice instruction
- 5 hours of off-ice instruction
- 5 hours of off ice shooting / stickhandling
- A half hour a day spent on explaining different aspects of hockey (chalk talk)
- Each camper receives a jersey
- Goalies receive one on one Instruction
- Emphasis on Power Skating
- Focus is placed on balance / edgework
- Improving each player's stride; working on length, rate, and efficiency
- Stickhandling, Shooting, and Scoring
- Puck control, proper shooting techniques, puck protection, elements of passing
- Various drills which incorporates all above aspects
- Small Area Games
- Unique concepts which foster skill development in a fun and exciting game environment
- Teaches players about many different aspects of the game (Ex. open space)
- Position Specific Drills
- Breakdown of forwards / defense
- Goalies are with their coach for 30 minutes of every morning session
Off-Ice Instruction
- Footwork, Plyometrics, and Agility
- Develop a player's quickness, power, and balance to help improve their overall strength

- Core Stabilization
- Train the core muscles of the athlete which are vital in strength and conditioning as well as injury prevention
- Stickhandling / Shooting
- Various techniques will be taught off-ice
- Broken down into two groups whick allows for less players and more reps

8:00 - 9:30 On-Ice Session - Focus is placed on Player Development (Skills)
10:00 - 11:00 Off-ice Conditioning (Speed, Agility, Plyometrics)
11:00 - 11:45 LUNCH
11:45 - 12:45 Stickhandling / Shooting (Off-ice)
12:45 - 1:15 Chalk Talk
1:45 - 3:15 On-Ice Session (Battles - 1v1, 2v1, etc. - Small Area Games)
