We have many aspects to this camp which range from on-ice skills development to weight training. This camp will be broken down by skill level and put into groups according to ability. It will be open to any incoming Freshman through Senior.

Camp Includes:
- 17 - 20 hours of on-ice instruction
- 4 - 5 hours of off-ice conditioning
- 4 - 5 hours of weight training
- 4 - 45 minute Lectures dealing with different aspects of hockey (See one day guests)
- T-Shirt / Shorts
- Camp Jersey
- BBQ following Friday's Session

8:00 - 8:30 Goalies Only Session
8:45 - 10:15 On-Ice Session - Focus is placed on Player Development (Skills)
10:45 - 11:15 Off-ice Conditioning (Speed, Agility, Plyometrics)
11:15 - 11:45 Weight Training (Use of the USM Facility)
11:45 - 12:45 LUNCH
12:45 - 1:30 Guest Lectures
2:00 - 4:00 On-Ice Session (Battles - 1v1, 2v1, etc. - Small Area Games)
